- To provide and personalise our services, including registering you to bid and notifying you when you are outbid.

- Where you use our AI cataloguing tools, images and text you submit are sent to our AI provider solely to generate the requested output and are not used to train models.

We may disclose personal information with your consent; to service providers who help us operate the platform (hosting, payments, email, AI and analytics); to bidding platforms on which our sales are simulcast; and as required by law.
